It appears that the Windows 10 April 2018 update version 1803 has been causing stability issues for R | Trader™ and R | Trader Pro™. We are not seeing such issues on Windows 10 update version 1709 and update version 1809. Our testing has confirmed that the source of the stability issues is a bug in Microsoft’s encryption libraries in update version 1803. We believe that Microsoft fixed this bug in the Windows 10 October 2018 update version 1809. However, when Microsoft initially released 1809, they withdrew the release after reports that 1809 deleted all files under Documents.

While you are waiting for a corrected update version 1809, you might consider rolling back to 1709.
