As you may know, on April 7, 2011, Rithmic ended all technical support and maintenance, updates and assistance for its products running on all versions of the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. Rithmic customers and third party screen developers running Windows XP were encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible to Microsoft Windows 7 or to migrate to another operating system that continues to be supported by Rithmic no later than May 31,2011.
If you still run Rithmic’s software, including third party screens that incorporate Rithmic’s software, on Windows XP, you may find that effective today, May 4, 2014, such software may not be able to connect to R | Trade Execution Platform™ (Rithmic’s market data and trading infrastructure). If you are not able to run the software on Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, please send an e-mail to support@rithmic.com so stating and include in the e-mail the name and version number of the program that you are trying to run and the name of your FCM and the name of your Introducing Broker. Rithmic will use its best efforts to provide you with a temporary workaround.
